Product Introduction for Dust Seal
The dust seal ring is a double-lip seal, with the a metal oil seal and polyurethane adhesive together. The advantages of product design are as follows:
1、Good followability and dust-proof performance with the thickened and lengthened dust-proof lip design
2、Anti-scratch-oil design with a R-angle for the dust-proof lip
3、Waterproof lip design
4、The best design point for the sealing lip and the dust-proof lip maintains a certain lubricating oil film on the piston rod, meanwhile, during the reciprocating motion, the oil film attached to the piston rod will not be scraped off through the dust proof lip, and result in a leakage.
The Dust-proof Ring is used to prevent dirt from entering the hydraulic system and improve the sealing effect. The press-in installation can prevent the foreign objects from entering the system. It is widely used in heavy pollution dust-proof sealing for excavators, loaders, agricultural machinery, and other work conditions with certain waterproof requirements.
